Where are you located?
I am located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
What are your hours?
My standard hours are M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Weekend work is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Of course! I am happy to sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.
What are my payment options?
Invoices are issued via Paypal where you may pay via credit, debit, or electronic check.
Do my unused hours roll over?
Yes, up to 5 unused hours may roll over to the next month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you are free to change plans before your next billing cycle.
What tools do you use?
Teamwork – task management system used for time management, communication on tasks and projects, clients can add their own tasks, add files that are relevant to projects, etc.
Drop Box – sharing project/tasks files.
Join.me – screen sharing and training.
Right Signature – electronic signing of contracts.
LastPass – secure sharing of passwords.
